I’m a devoted peanut butter lover — I have peanut butter toast and a smoothie nearly every morning, and sometimes I even enjoy peanut butter toast for dessert. There’s something irresistible about that creamy, slightly sweet spread that fits any time of day. It genuinely makes me peanut butter happy.

I usually buy the large two-pack of Jif because we go through it fast — it’s my go-to. When The J.M. Smucker Company introduced maple and cinnamon flavored spreads, I went straight to Walmart to pick them up. While I was there I also grabbed a box of Jif granola bars in the hazelnut chocolate flavor to try; they’re great for snacking or packing for an outing.

One of my favorite breakfasts is a slightly elevated peanut butter toast: spread Jif Cinnamon Peanut Butter on warm toast, layer with fresh banana slices, and finish with a light dusting of cinnamon. It’s simple, satisfying, and would be lovely on pancakes with a drizzle of honey as well.
For a quick snack, dip banana or apple slices into peanut butter. The maple and cinnamon flavored varieties pair particularly well with fruit — a fast way to feel #PeanutButterHappy.

On hectic mornings we keep frozen waffles on hand. Instead of butter, I often spread peanut butter on mine — this time I used Jif Maple Peanut Butter with fresh blueberries and a splash of maple syrup. It’s a delightful, protein-rich twist on a classic breakfast.

A new favorite in our house is the peanut butter yogurt parfait. Mix a hefty spoonful of peanut butter with about 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (plain, honey, or vanilla all work), then top with fresh raspberries and crunchy granola. The kids love these, and they make a great after-school snack. Both the maple and cinnamon Jif spreads add extra flavor here.

We’ve been soaking up summer and staying relaxed, but when friends invited us to the splash pad I was glad to have packed snacks. Those Jif Hazelnut Chocolate Flavored Bars were perfect for the outing — rich, portable, and very satisfying. I might need a secret stash at home to keep them from disappearing!
