Tingler Elected Chairman Of Covington College Board
Eventually evening’s reorganizational assembly of the Covington College Board Norwood Tingler was elected board chairman for 1962-63 and Ralph Stettner was elected vice chairman. Beirne Elected VPA President
Horton P. Beirne, common supervisor of the Covington Virginian, at the moment turned the third member of his household to function president of the Virginia Press Affiliation. Native building staff protest on Journal Road in Covington this morning outdoors the MeadWestvaco biomass boiler building website. The protestors declare that not sufficient native staff are getting used within the boiler building. Roughly 30 protesters picketed on North Journal and on Alleghany Avenue this morning.
