Easy Virgin Sangria – just two main ingredients plus fresh-cut fruit. A bubbly, fruity drink that’s perfect for any gathering.
Spring always brings an abundance of bright, fresh fruit that lifts the mood after winter. Whether your weather is already warm or you’re still waiting for the snow to melt, this refreshing virgin sangria is an easy way to welcome the season.

This non-alcoholic sangria uses grape juice concentrate and ginger ale as the base, with plenty of sliced fruit for color and flavor. It’s family-friendly, simple to make, and great to serve at brunches, cookouts, or any celebration.

Ingredients are easy to find. I use thawed frozen grape juice concentrate combined with chilled Canada Dry Ginger Ale for a bright, fizzy base. For fruit, try a mix of apples, oranges, lemons, and limes—each adds its own texture and citrus brightness.

Assemble the sangria right in a pitcher: pour the thawed grape juice concentrate, add the chilled ginger ale, then toss in the sliced fruit. Letting it sit for a bit allows the fruit flavors to meld with the bubbly liquid, creating a nicely balanced, colorful drink.

This sangria is light, effervescent, and visually appealing—ideal for springtime entertaining or any occasion when you want a festive non-alcoholic beverage.
