These pretty granola parfaits combine juicy berries, crispy granola, and whipped coconut yogurt for a fresh, easy breakfast that’s destined to become a new favorite.

Hi everyone — Sarah from Whole and Heavenly Oven here, wishing you a beautiful Saturday and a happy weekend. It’s prime berry season, and I love enjoying berries in everything. My favorite way? A tall parfait glass layered with lots of yogurt, plenty of granola, and three kinds of berries. Simple, colorful, and irresistible.

These parfaits start with granola. You can use any granola you like, but I highly recommend trying my homemade recipe — big clusters and toasty almonds make it especially crunchy and delicious. If you prefer store-bought, pick a crunchy variety so it stands up to the yogurt and fruit.
Next come the berries. I love using strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries for a triple-berry effect, and I often add thin slices of kiwi for extra color and brightness. Use your favorite fruits or whatever is freshest at the market.

The final component is whipped coconut yogurt — creamy, lightly sweet, and utterly spoon-worthy. Whipping the yogurt with a bit of whipped coconut cream gives it a silky, cloud-like texture that pairs perfectly with crunchy granola and juicy berries.
When you assemble the parfaits, layer granola, the berry mixture, and the whipped yogurt in a tall glass for the prettiest presentation. I like to make three layers so every bite has a balance of fruit, crunch, and cream. If you’re short on time in the mornings, prep the fruit, granola, and yogurt the night before and simply layer them before you head out the door.

These parfaits are quick, elegant, and satisfying — perfect for weekend brunch or a busy weekday when you want a nourishing grab-and-go breakfast. Skip the coffee shop and enjoy a homemade version that’s fresher and full of real fruit.
