Fiesta Ranch Dip – just 5 ingredients for a spicy-cool party favorite.

I love trying new dips, and this Fiesta Ranch Dip strikes a perfect balance: creamy and cooling with a pleasant, mild heat. Chunks of tomato, chiles and sweet corn add texture to the smooth sour-cream-and-ranch base, while shredded cheddar gives it a rich finish.

The best part is how quick and simple it is: only five ingredients and just a few minutes to prepare. Toss everything into a bowl, chill briefly if you like, and it’s ready to serve.

This dip is addictive because you get a little heat and a cool creaminess in each bite. The sweet corn adds a pleasant contrast, and cheese always makes a dip better. It’s ideal for parties, game days, or a casual snack night.

Give this Fiesta Ranch Dip a try at your next gathering — it’s simple, flavorful, and sure to disappear fast.
