Honey-Cinnamon Grilled Peaches with Balsamic Glaze

Honey & Cinnamon Grilled Peaches

I love fruit, and grilled fruit is one of my favorite simple desserts. These peaches are halved, drizzled with honey, dusted with cinnamon, and finished on the grill until they develop a light caramelized crust. The heat softens them and brings out their natural sweetness and perfume.

Grilled peaches with honey and cinnamon

They’re wonderful on their own, but my favorite way to serve them is with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. The contrast of warm, tender peach and cold, creamy ice cream is irresistible. If you’re unsure about warm fruit, give this a try — the combination of honey, cinnamon, and a hint of char from the grill might just convert you. For everyone who already loves grilled fruit: enjoy!
