This Oreo Fudge comes together quickly with just 3 ingredients—perfect for holiday neighbor plates.

The holidays are prime time for fudge and candy, and this Oreo Fudge is delightfully simple. No candy thermometer or special equipment needed—just three ingredients and a few easy steps.

One of the best things about fudge is that a small square satisfies a chocolate craving, and this version is studded with my favorite Oreo cookies throughout for extra crunch and flavor.
The recipe really uses only three ingredients: Oreo cookies, sweetened condensed milk, and high-quality white chocolate or vanilla chips. I recommend using a good brand of white chocolate chips (I prefer Guittard) because they melt smoothly and don’t contain waxy fillers, resulting in a creamier fudge.

If candy making feels intimidating, this is a great starter recipe. Heat the white chocolate chips gently with the sweetened condensed milk until smooth, stir in chopped Oreo pieces, spread the mixture into a prepared pan, and let it set. You can press a few extra Oreo bits on top for a pretty finish. Refrigeration speeds up setting, but letting it set at room temperature also works.
I like assembling a small tray of assorted treats to give neighbors during the season, and this fudge is quick enough that it won’t keep me in the kitchen all day.

Do you make goodies for neighbors at the holidays? Is fudge part of your lineup?

Oreo Fudge
Ingredients
- 14 oz (396 g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 18 oz (510 g) high-quality white chocolate chips (approximately 1 ½ bags or 3 cups)
- 3 cups chopped Oreos (approximately 20 regular Oreo cookies)
- Optional: ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch pan by lining it with parchment or wax paper that extends up the sides so you can lift the fudge out easily once it sets.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the white chocolate chips together with the sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth. Add the optional salt if using.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped Oreo cookies, reserving a few pieces to press on top.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula. Press the reserved Oreo pieces onto the surface. Let the fudge rest at room temperature until set; refrigerating will speed this up.
- Lift the slab from the pan using the parchment edges. Use a warm, dry knife to cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5–7 days.
