I spotted some cherry baking chips in the grocery aisle and knew they would be perfect for a sweet snack. I decided to make Cherry Cheesecake Muddy Buddies for my kids as a Valentine’s treat. These are easy to portion into school lunches or small zip-top bags to share with friends. Muddy buddies are always a hit, and this cherry cheesecake version is a fun twist. I’m excited to experiment with more variations and will share additional flavor ideas soon.
