This 4-ingredient Chipotle Ranch makes a delicious dip or dressing!

When you need a simple, crowd-pleasing appetizer for game day, grab a couple of Delimex Taquitos or Tamales from the frozen aisle and whip up this quick, flavorful dip. It’s perfect for snacking while you watch the game and keeps the kitchen time to a minimum.

I like recipes that are easy but still full of flavor. My family loved the authentic taste of Delimex Tamales and the Taquitos were an instant favorite for my daughter and me. Both heat up quickly, so you can spend more time enjoying the game. Since I’m a ranch fan, I created a bold chipotle ranch using only four ingredients to serve with those Mexican favorites.

I usually have mayonnaise, sour cream, and dry ranch mix on hand, so the only extra item I needed was a chipotle pepper in adobo. If you don’t keep a bulk container of dry ranch mix, a single store-bought packet works fine. Blend all four ingredients in a blender or food processor for a smooth, creamy dip that doubles as a salad dressing.
