Healthy Candy Corn Treat

Created by
Amber Brady

Ingredients

  • Fresh pineapple, cut into bite-size pieces (about 1-inch cubes)
  • Fresh peeled mandarin orange segments, or canned mandarin oranges in natural juices
  • Canned whipped cream, (like Reddi-Wip)

Instructions

  • In a clear plastic or glass cup, layer the fruit to resemble candy corn: place pineapple chunks on the bottom, mandarin orange segments in the middle, and finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can prepare the parfaits ahead of time and refrigerate them; add the whipped cream just before serving so it stays fluffy.
