Olive Garden Salad Dressing Recipe (Copycat + Video)

This copycat Olive Garden salad dressing tastes remarkably like the restaurant version—without the high fructose corn syrup.

This Copycat Olive Garden Salad Dressing is as close as it gets to the real deal, without the high fructose corn syrup!

A couple of years ago I shared some Olive Garden-inspired recipes for Valentine’s Day, including a Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and a Black Tie Mousse Cake. Olive Garden has long been one of my favorite spots, and I’ve recreated several of their classics at home—Zuppa Toscana, Chicken & Gnocchi Soup, and the famous breadsticks—so I can enjoy them any time without eating out.

I used to dine at Olive Garden more often before family life took over, but honestly, I don’t miss it because my homemade versions are just as satisfying—and far less expensive. This salad dressing is one of the best recipes I’ve made. While you can purchase Olive Garden dressing in stores, this homemade version gets you very close to the original flavor without the added high fructose corn syrup—so be sure to check labels if you buy bottled varieties.

My husband is obsessed with this dressing—he keeps asking me to make more and will happily finish the bottle himself. If you love that classic Olive Garden tang, try this on your next salad; it’s easy, quick, and likely to become a favorite.
