I’m thrilled to share this recipe — the Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative is a revelation. If you enjoy yogurt but prefer a plant-based option, this yogurt alternative delivers. It’s silky and creamy in texture, provides 6 grams of soy protein per serving, and contains no cholesterol. It’s also made with real fruit and contains no artificial flavors or colors.

Silk currently offers six flavors to try: Strawberry, Blueberry, Black Cherry, Vanilla, Tropical Pineapple, and Peach Mango. I sampled Black Cherry and Tropical Pineapple and loved them both. For this parfait I used the Tropical Pineapple flavor, my favorite honey almond coconut granola, fresh diced pineapple, and mandarin orange slices. The combination is bright, refreshing, and satisfying — a perfect snack or light dessert.

I’ve been a Silk fan for a while, and this new yogurt alternative has quickly become a favorite. It’s versatile — delicious straight from the cup or layered into parfaits like this one.

Treat yourself to this easy, dairy-free parfait and enjoy a creamy, fruit-forward snack that’s simple to assemble and delightful to eat.
