Raspberry Fluff Fruit Salad is a classic jello-style fruit salad everyone enjoys. With just four ingredients and about five minutes of prep, it’s an easy, sweet side for potlucks, picnics, or BBQs.

At potlucks I always save space for salads, and a fluffy jello fruit salad like this is a favorite. There’s also an orange-flavored version if you prefer a citrus twist.

This Raspberry Fluff combines raspberries, cottage cheese, whipped topping, and dry raspberry gelatin. Prep really takes about five minutes. You can serve it immediately, but chilling for a couple of hours improves the texture and makes it lighter and fluffier.

You can use fresh or frozen raspberries—both work well—so it’s easy year-round. If you want to customize, add shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, or extra fruit for variety. This recipe is versatile and reliably delicious.
