I can’t resist citrus—especially limes. If you’re a fellow lime lover, you’ll recognize the bright, tangy notes in many of my posts. This season I’ve been enjoying warm, sunny days and needed a cool, refreshing drink to match. Enter Frozen Coconut Limeade: an icy, coconut-spiked twist on classic limeade that’s become my go-to summer refresher.

If you love Brazilian Lemonade (which is really a limeade), this drink will feel familiar—only creamier and frozen. The coconut adds a delicate sweetness and richness that pairs perfectly with bright lime. It’s essentially a frozen mocktail that’s easy to make and ideal for lounging in the sun.
