This Pink Sherbet Punch is made with just two ingredients for a fizzy, frothy treat. Add frozen fruit as a garnish for a festive punch perfect for baby showers, Valentine’s Day, or summer gatherings.

I love pink and red treats for Valentine’s Day — they feel cheerful and a little whimsical. This Pink Sherbet Punch is incredibly simple: raspberry sherbet and ginger ale combine into a bubbly, frothy drink. I like adding frozen fruit as a garnish; the icy raspberries are a fun, flavorful surprise to nibble while sipping.

As the sherbet melts into the soda, the flavors meld beautifully — the raspberry sherbet brightens the ginger ale and creates a creamy, effervescent drink. It may sound unusual, but the combination is delightful and worth trying. This punch is ideal for parties and family gatherings. My kids loved the fizzy soda and the creamy froth from the sherbet, and it was a big hit with guests.

Ingredients
- 1.75 qt carton raspberry sherbet
- 2 L bottle ginger ale
- Optional: 1 cup frozen raspberries
Instructions
-
Scoop raspberry sherbet into a punch bowl, individual cups, or a pitcher.
-
Pour ginger ale slowly over the sherbet. It will foam up a lot; pour gently to control the fizz.
-
Let the drink sit 15 to 20 minutes (or less in a warm room) so the sherbet softens and blends with the soda. Serve with straws for stirring and sipping.
