With just four ingredients and five minutes or less in a food processor or blender, you can make this healthy Instant Blueberry Frozen Yogurt!

As summer arrives — or if you’re already feeling the heat — it’s nice to have a quick, healthy treat on hand. This Instant Blueberry Frozen Yogurt is a lighter alternative to ice cream and makes a refreshing, fruit-forward dessert that’s easy to fit into a balanced lifestyle.

This recipe is essentially instant soft-serve. The flavor is bright and fruity, with just a touch of honey for sweetness. It’s cold, satisfying, and takes only a few minutes from start to finish.

All you need are frozen blueberries, lime juice, honey, and plain non-fat Greek yogurt. The lime brightens the berries, the honey adds gentle sweetness, and the Greek yogurt gives the mixture a creamy texture and protein boost.

Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth, pausing to scrape the sides as needed. The whole process usually takes two to five minutes. When it’s creamy and uniform, it’s ready to serve.

This makes a delightful treat for kids and adults alike — fresh, bright, and not overly sweet. For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately. If you prefer a firmer consistency closer to traditional ice cream, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for about 1 hour before scooping.

Note: if you freeze the yogurt for longer than an hour it will become very firm and won’t scoop as easily. Before serving, briefly re-blend with a splash of water to restore a creamier texture, or use the frozen portions as a flavorful addition to smoothies.
