Hi—Jen from Baked by an Introvert here, sharing a quick fall favorite: spiced cider fudge. It’s a simple, cozy confection that brings the warm flavors of spiced apple cider into a creamy white chocolate fudge, finished with crunchy toffee bits.

If you enjoy the scent of cider but don’t always want to drink it, this fudge is a great way to highlight that flavor. The cider infuses the sweet base with bright apple notes and warm spices, while white chocolate and marshmallows give it a silky texture.

Don’t be intimidated by candy recipes—this is fast, no-fuss fudge. You won’t need a candy thermometer or special equipment. All you need is a large pot and a spatula or wooden spoon. The method is straightforward and the full process takes about 15 minutes of active time.

The base combines granulated sugar, apple cider, butter and warm spices, cooked briefly. After removing the pan from the heat you stir in white chocolate chips and marshmallows until smooth, then fold in vanilla and toffee bits. Use a good-quality cider—the flavor of the cider is front and center, and better ingredients make better fudge.

This base is also versatile. If you prefer a different flavor, swap the cider for evaporated milk or another liquid and add your favorite mix-ins—nuts, dried fruit, or flavored chips all work well.

Once you’ve blended everything, press the mixture into a buttered 8×8-inch pan and let it cool completely. The waiting is the hardest part—allow it to set fully before slicing into small squares. Each bite offers the aroma and flavor of spiced apple cider combined with creamy white chocolate and crunchy toffee for contrast.

This fudge makes a delicious seasonal treat to share or keep for yourself. It stores well in an airtight container and is easy to prepare for holiday plates or casual get-togethers.
