Easter is just a few days away, and if you have a stash of dyed eggs waiting to be enjoyed, try turning them into something memorable: Spicy Deviled Eggs made with MIRACLE WHIP Dressing. This twist on a classic brings a creamy, sweet-and-tangy flavor that lifts ordinary deviled eggs into something special.
This recipe is quick, simple, and full of flavor. Ready in about 15 minutes, these Spicy Deviled Eggs make a perfect party bite that will please a crowd. I usually prefer classic deviled eggs, but the MIRACLE WHIP adds a nice balance, and the jalapeño gives a bright, gentle heat—perfect if you want an alternative to the usual filling.

For best results with hard-cooked eggs, follow these simple steps: place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and add enough water to cover them by about 1 inch. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pan and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit for 15 minutes, drain them, and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water until completely cool. This method yields firm, bright yellow yolks without a greenish ring.

A handy tip for filling the egg whites: spoon the filling into a resealable sandwich bag, seal it, snip off a corner, and squeeze or pipe the mixture into the egg halves. It’s clean, quick, and gives a neat presentation every time. Enjoy!
