Peach Cobbler Smoothie Recipe — Creamy Southern Peach Shake

Peach Cobbler Smoothie

After trying my friend Brooklyn’s Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie, I became hooked on adding oats to smoothies. Oats give smoothies a thick, satisfying texture and extra heartiness. That inspiration led me to create this Peach Cobbler Smoothie, a creamy, fruit-forward breakfast that’s easy to make and perfect for busy mornings.

I’ve been wanting to share this recipe for a while, but mornings are hectic and photographing breakfast hasn’t always fit into the routine. Recently I tried the new pourable sugars from C&H, and their Pourable Golden Brown Sugar worked beautifully in this smoothie. It adds a warm, caramel-like sweetness that mimics the flavors of a peach cobbler.

Some mornings we’re rushing out the door and need something handheld and nourishing. Smoothies are my go-to when time is tight—portable, filling, and quick to prepare. This Peach Cobbler Smoothie is now a staple in my rotation. Using C&H’s pourable brown sugar keeps things tidy: it doesn’t clump and is easier for kids to use on oatmeal without making a mess. The Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar is great for sprinkling on grapefruit or other simple breakfasts.

For households with early departures, small changes like using pourable sugars and prepping simple breakfasts help create calmer, less chaotic mornings. A quick, portable smoothie can replace a drawn-out breakfast routine and still deliver protein, fiber, and fruit. Below are the ingredients and straightforward steps to make this Peach Cobbler Smoothie at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ banana, optional, adds sweetness and creaminess

  • 1 to 2 tsp C&H Pourable Golden Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp quick oats
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp water, just enough to blend
